Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno opens Water Run 2018 that is held simultaneously with car free day (HBKB) at Jalan Sudirman - Thamrin, Central Jakarta. There are 3,000 participants attending the event.

"Jakarta Provincial Government strongly supports the healthy Indonesian movement, this should be a healthy lifestyle that must be voiced," he expressed, Sunday (7/22).

According to him, a healthy lifestyle can be done by conducting an exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. In addition, it  should also be accompanied by consuming healthy foods and drinking lots of water.

The event held by one of the drinking water companies cooperates with the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI). There are three focus purposes of this activity, namely educate people to exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet and drink enough.
